Out of 64 total applicants, we’re among those chosen for #technicalassistance from the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning. We are ready to get to work on a bicycle and pedestrian plan!

Assistance from CMAP will help the Village develop a well-designed bicycle and pedestrian plan to get the ball moving on funding opportunities and intelligent implementation. Expanding bicycle and pedestrian access from every area in Richmond promotes equity among citizens with limited access to cars, ADA accessibility, a healthy option to get to where you need to go, and most importantly, with your safety as a top priority.
