If you are installing a new or replacing an existing sign within the Village of Richmond you are required to complete and submit the required documentation. Signs are reviewed by the Community Development Committee, which makes a recommend to the full Village Board for approval. Please complete the application below. Upon approval the Administrative Clerk will contact you with the fee owed and arrange for pickup of Sign Permit.

DOWNTOWN STREET POLE BANNERS
If you are a business owner who is sponsoring an event and wish to place a Banner on the Village’s Downtown Street Poles, please see the Village’s Policy below. Please contact the Administrative Clerk for scheduling.
